Early Departure
If you need to leave your program early:
- Unused weeks are not refundable
- We’ll provide documentation of completed hours
- Emergency situations evaluated case-by-case
- Medical emergencies: Partial refund may be possible with documentation

Q: Are there any additional fees not listed?
A: No! Our pricing is fully transparent. The only additional costs are personal expenses, meals not included in your package, and optional activities/excursions you choose to add.
Q: Can I pay in installments?
A: Yes! For programs of 4+ weeks, we offer a payment plan: deposit at registration, 50% four weeks before arrival, and the balance upon arrival.
Q: What if I want to extend my program?
A: Extensions are welcome! Subject to availability, you can extend at weekly rates. Let us know at least one week before your original end date.
Q: Do you offer scholarships or financial aid?
A: While we don’t have formal scholarships, we occasionally offer work-exchange opportunities for longer-term volunteers. Contact us to discuss options.
Q: Why are your prices lower than some international agencies?
A: We’re a local organization without expensive overseas offices or marketing budgets. We pass those savings directly to you while ensuring quality programs and fair wages for our local team.

Q: Is travel insurance really required?

A: US dollars are widely accepted and easy to exchange. Bring clean, unmarked bills for the best exchange rates. ATMs are available for withdrawing Peruvian Soles.
